Ms. JC Clark has been a Las Vegas resident for over 30 years and is a well- respected, dedicated professional with well over two decades of experience and expertise in commercial design, development & construction, site selection, acquisition, owner’s representation, construction management, land use & development, entitlements, development agreements, zoning, permitting, financial management, proformas and feasibility study review in the healthcare industry and private/public commercial sector. Prior to joining Northcap Commercial as Vice President of Investment Sales, Hospitality, Retail, Office and Medical Office, JC was a Senior Associate at other Las Vegas Brokerage Firms and formally consulted for Commercial Developers and Commercial Construction Companies in Southern Nevada as well as consulted with various Commercial Property Management Companies providing property managers with an in depth training & education in the Commercial Construction Industry relative to understanding and assessing building components that are the operational piece of a building, tenant improvement oversight, and the requirements in the Commercial Construction industry to do their jobs more effectively and efficiently.
Her focus at Northcap Commercial will not only be in Investment Sales, but also in Hospitality, Retail, Office, Medical Office, Land and Industrial. JC brings a very unique quality to the Commercial Real Estate Industry and to Northcap Commercial with her diverse background.
Ms. Clark has her degree in Interior Design and has contributed her expertise to many Las Vegas Hotel Resort properties as well as studied contract law and construction management. She is LEED G.A. BPI, OSHA 30, Asbestos, Lead Paint and Mold certified. Her hands on approach in business; the diversity of her expertise and her detail oriented approach results in trusted, long term relationships. JC has been a member of several professional committees in the State of Nevada and stays actively involved in the community. She was formally a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs Committee which is responsible for the monitoring of State and local government municipalities through interaction with Municipal department heads, staff and elected officials. The Committee is also responsible for making recommendations to the NAIOP Board of Directors and its Commercial Real Estate Political Action Committee (“CREPAC”) regarding NAIOP’s position on proposed policies, laws and ordinances, on local and State levels. The Committee places special focus on local Planning, Building and Public Works Departments to identify issues of concern to our membership. Ms. Clark is currently a member of the Las Vegas Heals organization which focuses on the health care community and proactive to improve access and delivery of health care in Southern Nevada and also has become more involved learning more about the Las Vegas Medical District Facilities Master Plan with City Las Vegas Redevelopment.
